This game ain’t easy.. Had I been with a person who wanted to take advantage of me, I was a prime candidate. Hugo helped to guide me and my family through a process here we’re we lost 17 bids. When our eventual home became a real possibility, after such a draining grind, Hugo had the mental stamina and know how to keep us on track and plugging away when we were ready to give up. He did it to be of service and to help. Super transparent & without the pressure of an Exclusive Agreement. During crunch time and closing time, Hugo was the straw that stirred the drink, bring all the different aspects and necessary affiliates together during a very complicated process. There’s no way we close this deal without Hugo, and his focus at all times at being available at any given time, and going above and beyond the call of duty to help.

I was fortunate enough to find the best Realtor in Florida. After getting nowhere with several other real estate agents I finally connected with Hugo Ortiz. The other agents were nice people but Hugo is on a completely upper level of client service. Honestly I'm not an easy customer to deal with and I was very particular about the exact property I was looking for. From the moment Hugo contacted me I knew that he was the right fit. Never thought that I would purchase a property via virtual viewing but being stuck in Canada during this pandemic left me no choice. Hugo made the entire process easy and comfortable. I lost count of how may properties we toured over many months but Hugo was always positive and determined. I also felt his advice was always in my best interest and he was not afraid to give me the good with the bad. He had my back all the time. I never felt rushed or pushed and he was always willing to take as much time as I wanted at each individual viewing, sometimes over an hour. He has twice gone back to my property, after the close, to ensure that some of my conditions were met. He has even offered to pick me up at the Airport once I can get down to Florida. Back in 2020 when the real estate market was beginning to get really crazy, I decided to buy my first house. I was really nervous about the process, especially in the conditions of the market. From the very first conversation I had with Hugo I knew he was a one-of-a-kind realtor. I had been in contact with several other realtors during this time and they all made me feel like my purchase was not their priority. Unfortunately, I had not been approved for a huge amount and I genuinely felt that most realtors were not too interested in spending much time on my purchase, obviously, it was in their best interest to reserve their time for clients with more money, where more profit was on the table. Hugo was different, not only did he treat me with respect and value, I don't think I have ever met such a hard-working realtor in my life. This is an understatement, to say the least. Working with Hugo was almost like having a personal assistant, a friend, who somehow managed to make himself available 7 days a week. What I found most interesting was that over the course of the next few months while working with him, I observed that it was not just I who he treated this way. Hugo gives every one of his clients the respect and time they deserve. His work ethic is incredible, not something you see every day. Not only was he hard-working, this guy really knows the industry and is a great communicator. He is a good people person, and this always works in your favor when he is trying to get the best deal for you possible. I plan to purchase more properties with Hugo in the next few years. Hugo is very knowledgeable of the real estate market values, fluctuations and searches and was able to satisfy my high expectations as a buyer. He was able to establish a clear and polite interaction through his excellent interpersonal relationships skills. His prompt respond to phone calls made me feel supported through out the whole process.
