While in escrow, he is on top of all deadlines and facilitates the entire process by explaining your responsibilities to you, such as home inspections, funding the deposit to escrow, and signing other escrow documents; he provides updates as to where we are in the process; he maintains daily communication with the lenders to ensure the loan is funded in a timely manner; and he ensuring the title is recorded by escrow deadline.
