Many people may say his/her realtor was kind and real caring and in a majority of the cases it would be true. But a realtor with a heart is something really special. I had to sell my condo due to my partner dying of brain cancer. I called several realtor including Hugo. Although they all expressed their condolences, Hugo did something better, he allowed me to morn before sending me market material regarding how great the realtor was, he waited until I was ready to move forward. I will never forget that, he definitely had not only an understanding but a heart and that showed throughout this entire process. He will always be and I'm proud to say my realtor.
