Hugh met me on a weekeday afternoon from a cold call on Zillow and I am so lucky to have ended up with him. From the start, he didn't hesitate to tell me the pro's and con's of each and every house that we looked at, and was constantly tweaking what we looked at based on feedback. He had extensive knowledge of things to look for and spent well over three months helping me to find the house the was just right for me. I would recommend Hugh without hesitation to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

Hugh was great to work with from the first phone call all the way through closing. He responded very quickly and was always able to set up an appointment and meet us to see a house at a moment's notice to fit our work schedule. We saw quite a few houses on lunch breaks or after hours in the evening. As a buyer's agent, Hugh always kept our best interests in mind and did not hesitate to tell us if a house was a bad deal. The most impressive and unique thing to me about Hugh as a real estate agent is his great knowledge of home construction. He was always eager to treat every tour as a mini inspection, and did not hesitate to go into crawl-spaces, attics, and out buildings to check things out. When we did win the contract for our house, Hugh worked tirelessly a liaison between us, the sellers, the bank, and contractors. He made the entire process very smooth and relatively stress free on our end. I would highly recommend Hugh as a real estate agent for anyone.
