Hsuching Wintz is amazing--she helped us to find the perfect condo, and was our advocate and guide through every step and facet of the wild Bay Area market. Even before we came to town, Hsuching was an incredible partner, getting to know us, our needs, and our preferences. When we finally arrived, she hit the ground running. After one week of viewings, open houses, and countless goofy questions from us, we made an offer on our dream home. You're not supposed to get your first choice here, or so we've been told. But because of Hsuching, we moved in less than four weeks (!) after first setting foot on CA soil.

I met Hsuching during an open house in El Cerrito, she followed up and asked me to come into the office for a chat. Her knowledge of real estate, particularly in the East Bay, is very impressive. Yet more impressive is her willingness to share information and teach me different items - even those that are not usually within the realm of an agent but which are essential and practical to property purchase. I really appreciate her responsiveness, honesty and transparency. We were able to close on a nice condo on our 3rd try, and she did a great job with the pricing and negotiations. She bought a home warranty for my condo which was a nice touch.

We bought our dream house with Hsuching. She is very knowledgable and great to work with. She is a very trustworthy and honest agent. We got lots of help from her not only during the transaction, but also after the transaction on the house remodeling. Highly recommend her!
