I moved to a retirement community and left my house in Howie's capable hands. He had it on the market the next day, a buyer within a couple of weeks, and the sale was finished in a month. He kept me informed, kept in touch with the buyer, and handled the laws of Arizona and New York. He had the paperwork done online. He got my asking price in spite of a rise in the interest rate. Howie is not only knowledgeable but ethical. As issues came up he gave me the pros and cons and suggested the best way to handle things. Did I mention that while he was working, I was on vacation in England? Howie did an efficient, professional job. You can trust Howie with your house sale.
