As a buyer's agent, Howard listened carefully to what we wanted in a house, and only directed our attention to properties he thought would suit. He cheerfully accommodated all of our requests to see properties, even when we were all fairly sure ahead of time that this property or that was probably not "the" house for us. When we did find "the" house Howard walked us through the bid and settlement process, and it couldn't have been smoother. As a seller's agent, Howard advised us on what we needed to do to get our house in top selling condition, and after following his advice we ended up settling just over a month from the day we listed, for a price we were very happy with.
