From the moment we met with Howard we knew we were going to hire him to represent us in the sale of our parent's home. Howard did not live in the community where our parent's home was located and there were plenty of "recommended" brokers who resided in the community. We met with a few of them. None of them had done their homework researching prior sales, market values and providing comparable sales of similar homes apparently assuming that just because they lived in the community, they would get the listing. Howard knew exactly what to set as the asking price because he had done his homework. Howard got the listing, immediately instructed us how to get the house "ready" to be photographed and shown, called in his photographer, chose the best photographs, arranged for the drone shots to show the property and the house went on the market extremely quickly. In less than a week we had offers including a full price cash offer which we accepted. Unfortunately the broker working with the buyer was one that did reside in the community and she confirmed our original thoughts about the brokers who lived there. She was absolutely USELESS. She never responded to calls or emails, failed to manage her clients expectations and created such havoc that the deal almost fell apart numerous times. If it wasn't for the cool, calm and collected demeanor and guidance of Howard, the deal certainly would have fallen apart. We cannot sing the praises of Howard enough. From the initial meeting through the closing, he was on top of the deal, never lost interest and successfully got the deal to close.

As an out of state buyer, we needed someone trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable to guide us through the process of purchasing a home in Florida. We definitely found all three in Howard. Howard did an amazing job from finding the property until the closing. He was there every step of the way. He has officially become our family's real estate agent as he continues to work with our children to find their dream home. If you are looking for an excellent real estate agent, give Howard a call. Working with Howard was excellent. He was knowledgeable and professional from the start, helping to fill in gaps about not only the properties themselves but also the process. Any questions I had that he couldn't initially answer were generally answered for me within two hours after Howard called agents/HOAs/etc. to find me the information I needed. He bridged the gap between those that prefer the old school way with paper printouts of property details and those that do everything through an app. He pointed out concerns and potential problems when they existed rather than just presenting each property as right for me when it clearly wasn't. I dragged him through three counties and 20 plus listings before buying, and I never got the sense at all that he was growing weary of being my agent and my advocate. He tolerated the mileage, the heat and the time, all with good humor, and in the end found me exactly what I wanted. I don't think one can ask more of a real estate agent.

We had a great experience with Howard while in a quest to find the right waterfront condo in the Pompano Beach area. Although not an easy task at times, Howard stuck with us and was attentive and efficient in all aspects of navigating from purchase, to title companies, to various difficult associations rules and regulations. He was always upbeat and brought a great attitude. We felt he really worked hard for us and truly understood our requirements. We highly recommend Howard, he’s an absolute joy to work with!

I strongly recommend Howard! We are northerners and didn't know much about the Florida market. All we knew was that we wanted to be in a community in the Delray/Boynton Beach area. Howard showed us houses on-line and when we got a better idea of what we wanted, I came to Florida for a long weekend.
