Buying a home is one of the most stressful experiences one can go through. One of the perks of working with Howard is his selfless caring nature. He wants the best for you and for the future you are trying to build in your new home. He is honest about what he thinks and how the property will work for you and what you want. He is also not afraid to go out of the box and check some things out that may work for what you are looking for. Our personal journey was turbulent and Howard never falter throughout the entire experiences. He went above and beyond and put himself out there for us over and over again till we found the house we were looking for. It was pleasures having Howard represent me for the sale of my apartment. He made an excellent presentation for rationalizing the initial asking price. He appeared to establish a rapport with potential buyers and instilled an ongoing confidence by providing prompt sensible answers to all questions and subduing any doubts. I appreciated his help in obtaining adequate assistance for moving belongings to our new home and cleaning the apartment for the new tenant. The closing was easy and went smoothly. Compared to two previous residence sales he proved to be godsend.
