Hoss Pollard went above and beyond, several times, in all aspects of my buying a house. I had a friend work with him in the past and I knew when I went to buy that he was the only agent I wanted. From finding me the perfect house, I was not easy on him, to dealing with all the issues that needed to be fixed, to the final closing, Hoss was always there. Answered every question I had, replied very promptly to every text or phone call I made to him. Calmed my every fear. Assured me this was going to happen when I was freaking out. Mine was a difficult buy because there were things that had to be fixed before I could close. Hoss spent a lot of time dealing with the selling agent, dealing with contractors, making sure that I got the house I wanted and everything was done correctly to clear my 4 point inspection. He never complained, just told me some houses are harder than others to get things done and closed. Hoss has an awesome personality, is great to work with, and will definitely hold your hand all the way from finding your new home to closing on it. Anytime I hear, “I’m thinking of buying a home”, or “I can’t afford to buy a home’, I refer them to Hoss because I didn’t think I could afford my own home either. If you need a realtor that will always be there and will work hard to find you and get you the home you want, I highly recommend Hoss!
