Hortencia was honestly such a great realtor. I was a first time home buyer and she made the experience so much easier. She broke down all the steps before and during the process and always vouched for me. With Hortencia I had a home better then anything I could dream within the first 2 weeks of looking and I closed within 2 months. If a house poped on the market she was there the following morning first thing to look at it with me. I could get in contact with her over any issues that could pop up and she was always responsive. If she did not know the answer to my question then she would always find it for me. Such a sweet and kind person. Very professional!
