Not being in the real estate business, I don’t know much about market knowledge. However, Horst discussed with me about Palm Beach County real estate and comparable condo sales. He dealt with all issues that arose, such as assessments, HOA concerns, window replacements, etc. It was obvious that he was experienced and knowledgeable in all areas as to Palm Beach County requirements. Horst was always professional in both appearance and attitude. He got along with my tenant, as well. As a result, I felt I could depend on Horst to deal with whatever might arise, which relieved me of what is often a stressful situation and experience. In addition, he kept me apprised at all times as to what was occurring.
