Hope is very knowledgeable in local market conditions. She stays in touch and answers questions quickly by phone or email. She worked hard in the process of determining our purchasing needs and fulfillment of dreams.
Hope is excellent! I've been thinking of selling our rental house in Florida for a while, so I've emailed her once a year to look at comps and each time she got back to me quickly and never pressured me to sell. We finally sold our house as an out-of-state closing during the pandemic, and she handled all of the challenges beautifully. It was very difficult to get people out to make small repairs before closing, but Hope coordinated everything beautifully. I am still in awe of her! I can't recommend her highly enough. She will be our go-to for any transactions in her area.

would just like to share my experience with Hope Wilson my husband and I purchased a house in Summerfield, Florida. Hope was always there always available. She also stayed on top of everything. We had some problems with finding some original paperwork for the house that we were going to buy and Hope was willing to drive 3 hours to a nursing home to have a woman sign the papers that were needed for the closing. She is a realtor and a woman with a strong moral compass, respect, honesty and integrity. I would and have and will continue to recommend her.

Hope Wilson was on board many months with us in our search to find a home for a family member. We had several criteria, the most difficult being our low budget. These properties were almost invariably bank-owned and some needed a lot of repairs. Whenever we balked at going beyond what we considered was a fair price in competition with other bidders, Hope was extremely sympathetic and patient and assured us we would find something else. When we finally found a suitable property, she skillfully negotiated the deal. Even though from the beginning our search only promised a minimal commission, she devoted as much time to it as to a sale that would have netted much more reward.
