Hope helped us navigate the purchase of a new home after we lost our home in the Marshall fire. Once our home was rebuilt, we struggled to sell our interim home in the ever changing real estate market. Hope went above and beyond to ensure we had the best chance possible to sell the home. The market had shifted so we were now competing with new builds in the area that were selling below market value with additional concessions. We were able to sell with some creative financing for market value. Thanks Hope! We will use her when it’s time to sell our new build!!!
