What an amazing experience! We didn’t think we would be in a position to be able to buy our first home until 2025. I was looking for an LGBT+ friendly realtor and found Hope through Facebook. We met with her and a lender she recommended. We were very pleased to find out that with a down payment we were comfortable with, we could qualify for a very nice home that was just slightly more monthly than renting. Hope helped us find and negotiate a house we really loved after helping us see at least 5 other homes on short notice. Hope accommodated our schedule as we were on a timeline for our apartment lease ending. Hope’s wisdom, professionalism and skilled negotiation helped us buy a home we would never imagine we could have. She was sensitive to our needs and wants as well as our concerns with our first home.
