Hope is thoughtfully efficient!

When I was faced with selling my home of 47 years I initially felt overwhelmed. Then came Hope. She took time with me and walked with me through the entire process. We stayed in regular contact. She answered all my questions. When things seemed a little dim, she helped me to stay hopefully patient. When a problem came up she was "Johnny on the spot."
