We had the house listed from November 2025 until February 2026 with a reputable firm and nothing!! I let them go and hired Hope Greenlee of Breeden Group, and within a weekend, she had the house staged, it was beautiful, and she had scheduled an open house which attracted many buyers. Before we knew it, she'd SOLD the house !! She was incredible and professional and fast. As a real estate attorney with over 40 years' experience in Maryland, Hope and Trevor are the very BEST!! That team is unstoppable.

Hope helped me for months to find the house I wanted within a specific location. Hope sold our home of 18 years in less then 48 hours. I was definitely not the easiest person to work with but it is a huge transaction and where you live is a huge decision.
