We loved working with Homa! My husband and I needed to sell my father's townhouse and didn't have an agent. We went to several open houses in the local area to quietly observe realtors. We walked into one of Homa's open houses and saw how professional she was and how she easily connected with visitors. We instantly knew that she would be the right person to represent us. Homa guided us through a complete home remodel, including introducing us to a very reasonably priced contractor. She worked with the contractor and stayed on top of all the remodeling details, taking much of the load off of me. She knew all of the low cost vendors for kitchen countertops, flooring and more. She also had recommendations for what to remodel and what to keep as-is. Example: Don't replace the kitchen cabinets; instead, paint them and install new knobs and hinges. Homa's communication is top-notch. She kept me updated with texts, emails and phone calls throughout the entire process. When the house was ready to put on the market she made beautiful marketing materials and hosted a very successful open house. The townhouse sold for $200,000 over asking price.
