Holly is very knowledgeable about markets.. for us Holly was very helpful in a market that was declining and we faced a medical crisis in the middle of everything . But she did get us through and we were grateful.. she stays calm and encouraged us to hang on..
We worked with Holly when we relocated from the east coast. We were able to find a house that worked for us in the first weekend of looking, but we probably looked at 20 houses. Once we made an offer, there was quite a bit of backend work that had to be done due to it being a corp relocation package. Holly was timely and quickly closed out any open action items, which really made the move a lot less stressful. I would suggest Holly ten out of ten times!
