Holly came out early in the renovation process. She was well connected and always worked to stay ahead of the process. Do to the unique and favorable listing we had hundreds of property tours and she always kept me in the loop and made herself available. The sale was the best possible outcome and I would certainly use her as my realtor in the future.

I went with Holly as a trusted friend and experienced real estate agent. She helped me purchase my first home..I did not already have a home in mind but, through her time and patience, I was able to purchase my first home October 2025. She didn't have the house listed but went through the listing agent and was able to show me the house and point out things I wouldn't have thought to look at. Holly even spoke with the mortgage company on my behalf so there was a lot less back and forth on my part. Holly has also helped my son get into his first home. Holly was absolutely amazing! Anytime my husband or I reached out she was quick to answer or respond, had us in to look at new houses that came on the market within house normally! She kept our spirits up when it felt like we weren't going to find anything. She was also the listing agent on our home we sold. She juggled everything and always was sure to reassure us everything was going to work out fine. We truly wouldn't have made it through it all without her we are very thankful she was our realtor of choice!

Holly was a BLESSING to me. She helped me during the hardest thing I have had to face, selling my grandparents’ home they have had since early 1960s. She helped me cope with the death of my Gram and made the process of letting go of her house a little more easy on my heart. She took charge and was so helpful day or night, whatever time.
