Working with Holly has been nothing but enjoyable, in all aspects of buying and selling/renting. From the beginning, Holly was determined and dedicated; she put her all into selling our apartment, and informed us on all of her experience selling in our building. When we decided to put the apartment up for rent, Holly supported our decisions and gave her honest and experienced opinions on the individuals interested, helping my husband and I feel more comfortable with the process. It was a long and difficult ride, but when we finally found a renter, there was no question about wanting Holly to help us now buy a home. She knew exactly what we were interested in, and made viewing appointments for every home we sent her within 24 hours. Holly's flexible schedule was extremely important and beneficial to us, as my husband and I both work full time and have a child. There was frequent communication, even if there was no news, just to let us know she's still looking or waiting to hear back, etc. 10/10 would recommend! I can not say enough great things about holly, shopping for a home in the middle of a pandemic was not something I thought was going to be easy but she made the process a breeze. With every appointment she took us to she always had all COVID paper work ready to go and followed all CDC guidelines. Her knowledge of Staten Island and styles of homes made it easy for her to show us properties that we would be interested in. I also found out that I am a bit more picky then I thought and even after we had been accepted on a property I saw something I liked better and called holly to book yet another viewing she did not hesitate to get me into the house the same day. She has an amazing “I’m not happy until you are” attitude which is something that you as a buyer need to hear. I can’t imagine picking anyone else to buy a house from and would recommend holly time and time again, we are so pleased with our purchase of of first home and can’t thank her enough!
