Holly was absolutely fully knowledgeable about the neighborhood, pricing, and what would work for saleability. She had the property staged to look it's best - making it show off the unit's brightness and size. Although I originally anticipated a higher selling price, I had to consider that it wasn't a year ago, prices had gone down somewhat, and upgrades to the kitchen hadn't been done yet. The Holly's wisdom and care made it easy to work with her and also to feel that she was doing the best she could to sell it under the parameters that I, as seller, had. If a person truly wants to sell, we have to look at "need versus greed." There is a reason for hiring an agent... Holly was a guide and mentor through the whole process. Paperwork, realistic pricing, potential packers and movers to contact, donation centers, etc. Although I was certainly emotionally attached to my home, as most of us are, the time had come for me personally to not continue holding onto it. And, Holly came highly recommended from others who had used her in the past. They weren't wrong. She is an agent with so much integrity and kindness, you couldn't go wrong hiring her.
