Holly is the most amazing real estate professional. Throughout our entire process of selling our home and buying another home, Holly was there every step of the way. We hesitated putting our house on the market due to the shear amount of items that needed to be packed and moved to storage. This while my husband and I were leaving for a trip out of the country. Holly explained that the timing of us listing our home was prime and positively encouraged us to make the leap! Holly was amazing with helping us determine what to leave and what to take to storage. She even helped with staging the house to ensure that it showed beautifully. Our house was listed on a Wednesday evening and we had 3 offers by Thursday! As I mentioned, my husband and I were out of the country, but that didn't stop Holly! She negotiated on our behalf and connected with us via text/email. We signed many documents from the Dominican Republic! We found our new home via the internet on Thursday and Holly immediately took action. She herself went to the home, took pictures and videos and reported back that this was the PERFECT house for us. We absolutely agreed and closed on both homes shortly after. I would recommend Holly hands down to anyone! She is so passionate and knowledgeable about real estate and it definitely shows! I have used Holly on three occasions over the past five years, twice to purchase and once to sell. Her experience, coupled with her knowledge of the Gwinnett, Hall, Barrow, and Jackson County markets was a huge factor in my selection of Holly. With each transaction, I found her to be professional yet personable and the lines of communication always open; calls and texts were returned in a very timely manner every time and I found we were almost always on the same page. With my first purchase, she found a wonderful buy-low opportunity that I was able to sell through her two and a half years later for almost 50% more than I purchased for. My last purchase involved a particularly tough seller and she was able to find creative ways to negotiate favorable counter terms when the seller initially refused to budge. When and if the time comes, I will use Holly again.
