My husband and I started our house hunt for our first home in June 2021. The housing market was definitely difficult as first time buyers with a fairly inflexible budget. Holly helped make the process super smooth and seamless! By July 9th we had as written agreement for a new construction home to be built. Holly was extremely responsive with us asking questions regarding our new home being built, the estimated completion date, and finally the closing. Our closing took less than an hour on settlement day and we got to move into our new home two weeks earlier than expected and before Thanksgiving which was awesome.
