I have had five real estate agents. She is far superior than the others. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding contracts. She is a caring, honest upstanding individual. She really investigates issues regarding your home. If she does not know the answer, she networks with more seasoned realtors. I had another agent that I had and she told me things that this other realtor did that was not honest or ethical. I would use her again in a heartbeat. She is beyond an excellent rating. I would say she is a ten on a scale of one to five. One could not ask for a better realtor.

Holly was wonderful to work with. We had multiple offers and she was able to clearly communicated the differences between each. She was patient in helping us wait for the best offer. she also gave a donation to the local shelter in honor of our sweet dog following the closing of our house. We would definitely use her again if we moved back to Tennessee!
