We met her on a Monday, our listing went up as a “Coming Soon” on Wednesday, went “Live” on Friday, got multiple offers, and a Purchase Agreement was signed 3 days later. Holly made several extra trips to my home to get papers signed when the internet system wasn’t cooperating.
