Holly is very knowledgeable when it comes to buying or selling a house. She actually showed the house to our buyer when the buyer’s realtor wouldn’t travel from Tampa to Lakeland. She also made sure the closing happened on the day we needed it to occur when the buyers mortgage service/realtor began to stall. She got a closing agent to close for us on our new house and for our buyer. She worked hard and over time to make sure everything went through. We highly recommend Holly.
Holly was awesome to work with, we feel she’s like family now! We ran into some difficulties with the seller, but Holly worked hard to help us out all along the way. She is very knowledgeable about every step of selling and buying a house. We weren’t going to close in time, so Holly was able to help us find a new mortgage loan officer that worked very fast. She also had to help us with getting a plumber and handyman at the last minute. Overall Holly helped us to find a house we love and even though the experience, because of the seller, was a difficult and stressful one, Holly helped to ease the stress and really came through for us!
