Not only did Holly thoroughly explain anything we needed her to (sometimes multiple times), but she truly cared about helping us find a home we loved for our growing family. We had been working with Holly through all of the tough market adjustments and despite the multiple times we changed our mind, she never gave up on us and found us the perfect home. Holly was always there and Always answered her phone anytime we had questions. It's like besides our New Home, she goes above and beyond the sale of any home. That's how she does business. Anytime we wanted to view the home, her son would accompany her and she would drive the distance. Which was over an hour from the home. She was great. Knows her job well.

Holly was very Professional and knowledgeable while working with us on the sale of our property. She took the time to listen and answer any questions we had. Her advertising was top notch. She made flyers of our property and went around the local businesses in our community advertising our property. She even took money out of her own pocket and had a large poster size sign made to advertise. I don't know of any realtor that takes the time and effort to do what she did to sale our property. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Holly was a one-stop shop for us. She gave excellent advice, came in with technology to present our home in the most positive light, and was a straight shooter. We took her advice to make some minor changes to the home and delayed our listing briefly. Then she took us to market in a way that sold our home at a $205K profit in a week.
