Growing up in Parsippany, NJ, I witnessed my mother's success with fixer-uppers, sparking my curiosity for real estate at a young age. After living in several different states, I relocated back to Delaware in 1984 to be closer to family and pursue my passion. Additionally, I am a lifetime member of NCCBOR®'s "Million Dollar Club" based on my outstanding sales achievements. My career began at Gilpin REALTORS® where I earned the coveted title of "Rookie of the Year.” I developed a strong understanding of financing options, grants, and programs to give my buyers an edge in the market. Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, the beach, landscape design, creative outlets, indoor plants, cruising, and spending time with my eight grandchildren. My husband, a retired union pipe fitter and Army Veteran, contributes his construction expertise to my real estate services. I would recommend Holly - she went above and beyond. I am very happy with her service - it was wonderful. This was my Mom's house (Mary Ann Palmer). I've had Holly sell me 2 properties and sell 3 of our properties including this one.
