I have dealt with more than a dozen realtors for multiple purposes; in my opinion, if Holly does not belong in the so widely applied (or misapplied) "top 2%" category, then nobody ever will. We were facing specially daunting tasks: moving abroad with a one-year-old infant during COVID. Thinking about selling our house on top of all these can be a real headache. Yet we were so thankful that Holly helped us along the way and made the whole process easy and reassuring. She was always timely and attentive in response, communicated with clarity and efficiency, convinced with good reason, and (most importantly!) was never ingratiating or boastful. She kept an accommodating schedule for us, so we was always in the loop yet never felt being pressured. She also had a great working crew that took care of the house-refurbishing/staging/paperwork masterfully. Last but not least, she delivered an impressive performance in the final bidding phase so we received a very satisfying offer. If you care to read the above passage through and suspect if I am hinting at "perfection", i would venture to say in the positive---yes, Holly is almost the perfect agent you can find. I’ll start off by saying I’m the kind of person that never writes reviews but for Holly Noto I made the exception. We meant Holly about 3 years ago when she had a home for sale in our neighborhood and I was impressive with her brochures and personal touches of her listing. At that time we were just considering selling our home but didn’t know exactly where to start. Holly was very patient with us answered all our questions and gave us our space to think about this big decision. We’ll just say we thought about this for 3 years. During those 3 years Holly always kept in touch but not in a overbearing way, it was more like a friend saying hello and how’s the family type of way. By the end of 3 years we knew we wanted to take the leap of faith and sell our home. We couldn’t think of anyone else more perfect than Holly. We had talked to several realtors but no one ever compared to Holly. Holly worked with us EVERY step of the way and had a person to help us with every detail of our home listing. She went above and beyond her call of duty. But the most important part was this wasn’t just another sale for her, she truly cared for what what best for our family. Hiring Holly as our realtor was the best decision we ever made!
