Holly sold my investment home in Long Beach, CA and helped make the process as easy as possible. The home was pretty damaged from the prior tenants and needed a lot of improvements to be able to get the best price. Holly recommended a contractor and helped determine the best return on investment for the updates and repairs. When it was done she got it staged and it looks worlds better than it was before. The market was starting to come down but she secured an offer and saw it through to the finish line. The buyers' agent was a bit challenging at times, but Holly insulated me from that and kept everything together. I strongly recommend her--she is so resourceful, professional, and communicative!
