We had been browsing properties in Sonora neighborhoods and weren’t very familiar with the areas. We contacted the real estate office and we got Holly! At that time, we didn’t realize how lucky we were. Holly promptly set up a property viewing and met us there. She filled us in on the neighborhood location, HOA, and of course all the details of this particular property. She was polite, prompt and super friendly. We definitely wanted to have Holly represent us! We made an offer with a short closing and it was accepted. Holly efficiently guided us through all aspects of closing. I would highly recommend Holly for any real estate needs!!

Holly is kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and proactive. From the beginning she shared her wrath of knowledge of the overall home buying process and her extensive experience with the area with us. Holly gracefully advocated on our behalf with multiple agencies and individuals, and made what could have been a very stressful experience a meaningful time in our lives. She went above and beyond and even got us the most sweet and generous house warming gift. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

5 stars is not a high enough rating to give to Holly. She is by far and away the best realtor there is. From her responsiveness and follow through, to her referrals and knowledge of the area and homes, she clearly takes pride in finding you what you are looking for. Moving across country is hard enough, but the entire process was made easier by Holly. She was coordinating with people, keeping us in the loop, finding us homes, dealing with us and our anxieties while we were 2100 miles away. If you deal with Holly, you will not be disappointed. I’m actually sad I don’t talk to her on a daily basis, I miss her! Lol!

Holly stuck by us through a rollercoaster buying process that lasted over 6 months. She took on lenders and other agencies and always had our best interest in mind. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. So blessed to have crossed paths and we are happy homeowners.
