Holly is the BEST!

I had lived in my home for 38 years and during that time, I regularly received little reminders from Holly Young, like cards, calendars, recipes...and I knew when it came time to sell my home, she would be the one to call. She had been around our wonderful community as long as I had been, and I knew she would do my home justice. And she did! We listed my home and I went away for a week thinking that not much would happen until I returned. Three days into my trip, Holly had a bona fide offer from JUST the kind of person I wanted to sell my home to...someone who would love it like I had and would live many years happily in St. Pete Beach! It was all so fast, it really took me by surprise. But I shouldn't have been surprised, really. Holly did exactly what I asked her to do and was most efficient about it. Besides being good at her job, Holly has a personality that will light up rooms. She is frank and easy to talk to and I always looked forward to our meetings. She even went over and watered the plants while I was away! What dedication!
