We recently had a terrible experience working with Holly and Key Living Realty. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and confrontational. She lacks integrity, negotiation skills and is not willing to put forth the time or effort to close a deal. I was appalled by her conduct, and lack of business ethics and integrity. As an individual looking to by a home in Rochester Hills, MI, I was interested in one of her listings. She was so rude that at one point she hung up on me, then she intentionally blocked our offer in an attempt to present an offer of her own to the seller. I contact the seller directly who informed me that Holly had told them there was a problem with our offer. Holly had completely fabricated the problem and distorted the truth only to allow her offer to supersede ours. There are too many good and honest Agents out there for anyone to have to tolerate her behavior and bully tactics. Buyer and Seller beware of Holly and Key Living Realty in Rochester Hills MI!
