Holly is flat-out the best at her job. I cannot properly express in writing how capable, hard-working, savvy, and transparent she is. I never had to repeat myself to Holly-- I told her what I was looking for once, and we were on the exact same page from that point forward... She is highly intelligent, and intuitive in a way that few people are. Holly was also willing to put up with my being a first-time (and therefore perhaps somewhat quixotic) homebuyer and wanting to look at some properties that were in less-than-ideal conditions. She is somehow a "luxury" agent that will fit most budgets while being completely unpretentious... That is to say, Holly makes everyone feel special. She is a total ray of light. I literally could not have bought my home without her.
