Seven years ago I was referred to Holly Curley when I decided to purchase a home. Holly sent me some listings that might interest me over a week or two. Then one morning I saw a listing I was "very interested" in... I drove by the home and loved it. I called Holly, asking to see inside the home as soon as possible. Holly met me at the house at about 7 pm. The house did not have electricity, so she had to show it to me by flashlight. I knew it was "for me". Luckily she brought a contract and I signed the contract...by flashlight... in the kitchen of what I hoped would be my "future home". (It was 32 degrees and the pen would not even work... so as far as I was concerned, she went more than "the extra mile" for me.) I was fortunate to be able to have a Realtor meet me under such circumstances... because my offer was delivered the next morning... just moments before another offer was presented. I write this review as I sit in the dining room of my home of 7 years. I sincerely believe not just any Realtor would have met me under such immediate conditions. I liked Holly so much, I got my daughter and her husband to meet with her just months later.... Holly was able to find them a home they also love within a week or two. Holly walked me (and later my daughter and her husband) through the entire loan process.... we were grateful and never hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Holly not only knows the area well but also the people in it. With her previous experience serving on the Realtors Board for many counties she is well connected, able to answer a question quickly or resolve a problem before you even have a chance to stress out about it. She's the Realtor that calls you if there is a problem, but has already resolved the issue or just needs your nod or approval. As far as negotiation skills, my experience was unbelievable. We wrote an offer which allowed for the seller to counter, but the seller accepted the contract as originally written. When the appraisal was done by a USDA appraiser it appraised $10k over the LISTED price. Sweet deal.
