Holly was a pleasure to work with and we had an amazing home buying experience with her! We lived out of state with no official arrival dates and Holly was more than willing to work with us. We were able to express to her our needs and wants in a home and she excelled in finding us our perfect home in all ways! Holly did several video tours of homes for us, since we weren’t able to be there in person, and that was something we seriously appreciated and made us feel better about our home buying process! She was also always quick to respond and find out information to any and all our questions! Her knowledge in the area and market helped us narrow down our search and find our perfect home! Holly fought for us and negotiated a great deal on our home as well! Through the whole process Holly kept us updated and would even send us video updates of our home. She walked with us through the whole process and even when there was a hiccup with our lender, Holly didn’t miss a beat and stepped in and made sure we were able to get into our home on time! She even continues to check up on us and make sure our builders are keeping up with the things they need to fix! We are so grateful for Holly and all that she has done for us! Stop looking for another real estate agent, she’s it!!

Holly is excellent and very knowledgable in her profession. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients. We had just made an offer on a house and then my son saw an even better deal that hit the market less than an hour previously. I called Holly and sent her a link to the house. She agreed that it was a good deal and immediately started making phone calls for us to see it. The next day was a holiday and Holly was leaving town around noon. She said she would meet us early the next morning. We met and submitted an offer. Holly submitted the offer before she left and worked on it while she was gone. We secured the contract and made the purchase!!!
