Holly Black Overcomes Challenges and Gets Results

Holly Black is a phenomenal realtor and helped us through an incredibly stressful situation. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to sell the new-build home we had just purchased. We researched realtors and the one that stood out was Holly Black. Holly not only understood our situation and the stressors we were facing but was compassionate and genuinely wanted to help us through this difficult time. She addressed the realities of our situation, while still maintaining positivity that we could accomplish selling the home and recover the majority of what we had invested when we purchased the property. Holly put her game plan to work and was proactive in using her network to market our home. She steered us through the challenges of selling in a slower market and was always patient and knowledgeable in handling our concerns and questions. We ended up needing to vacate the home before we were under contract and Holly managed the property for us as we were no longer in Tennessee. Not long after we left the area Holly got our home under contract, and when the buyer’s inspection found mold in the crawlspace, and other repairs that needed to be covered under our home warranty, Holly stepped up again and found a provider to remediate the mold problem and worked with the home builder to make sure the other repairs were completed on time. She was assertive in managing those details on our behalf as we could not see to them ourselves. Holly successfully saw us through to close and made it as hassle-free as possible. We feel very fortunate and blessed to have been able to partner with Holly in selling our home. She is an amazing realtor - exhibiting compassion and genuine care for those she works with, while also being assertive and obtaining results for her clients. We know that if we ever needed to buy or sale a home in Tennessee, we would definitely choose Holly Black again as our realtor.
