Concrete example, at first we agreed to list my house for $415k, but after some soul searching I thought the price was a little bit too low, so told her I would like to list it at $430k, I thought, I felt a little resistance but she agreed any way, the reason being is we could always bring the price down, there is no way we could bring the price up after it's listed. The price I thought was reasonable and not unreasonably too high. To make the story short we sold the house for$425k! It was a win win for both of us. Isn't that great? Hollie was amazing. She was attentive and took care of us throughout the process. There were some hiccups with a buyer and Hollie swooped in and took care of that immediately.
