I met Holley when she was opening up a utility account for her Buyer. This was after the sale, so she gained nothing by doing something outside the scope of her job. Except the buyer appreciated it. And it impressed those of us in the utility office who had never seen any realtor go out of their way like that outside of the scope of their job. I later used her to sell 2 properties. Each time she listed it at a price backed by the comps and her wisdom. Both sold for the listing price and didn’t linger on the market. She is also knowledgeable in different loan options and can be creative to get the sale to close. I will use her in the future for anything I’m hoping to buy or sell.
