When my husband and his siblings had to sell their mother's home after her passing, we knew right away that Holleigh was going to provide the best service possible during a very hard emotional time. Mother C called Watson St her home for almost 30 years. Other then her children and grandchildren it was her pride and joy. Her and her husband purchased the home while their three kids were grown and out of the house. But they had always dreamed of having a big home to enjoy not only for themselves, but for their children and future grandchildren. Holidays, birthdays, summer days, winter storms, whatever the reason: Watson Street was always the place to be. When it was decided to sell the home as none of us could see ourselves living there without Mother C, Holleigh was sympathetic and informative and patient and kind. She gave great and experienced advice to help sell the home quickly. She work quickly and diligently and professionally to help sell the home and I'm happy to say the home went to a great young family that I hope enjoys it as much as we all did. Holleigh provided excellent advice on the sale price of this home as well as on the purchase price of our new home. The home we sold was listed for only two days prior to receiving two full-price commitments. I wanted to ask for more but, Holleigh recommended a fair price, and it worked. Our new home was priced a bit high, and Holleigh worked with the listing agent for a more favorable price. Thru both processes, Holleigh was on the job continuously, day and night. Holleigh has a unique mix of friendliness and professionalism about her. She helped us throuhh our search for a home that has some specific requirements. While there were houses that nearly matched our needs but not quite, she was understanding about our tastes and worked hard for us. At last she found a builder that was building a new development that will work with us to create a custom home. It was like a perfect movie :) Holleigh didn't just stop there, she proceeded to help us navigate through the various stages of the house building along with the builder. She had even gone beyond the house hunting to help us find a great local mortgage company who indeed are also as helpful and thoughtful as Holleigh. The flexibility with which she made herself available for us in a moment's notice is really not something you can put a price on.
