We were the Sellers... Excellent collaboration between us and Hoffy the listing agent. I think we were priced higher than others and we still got what we asked for. Historically, we've closed upwards of a dozen real estate contracts and this was the easiest closing we ever had, thanks to Hoffy. Everything arrive docu sign until the end and then we just had our bank notarize a couple documents and we were done. Closing agent even deposited our check to our bank. Extremely pleased.
