We would give Stephanie and Hobie Jensen five million stars if that were possible! Over the years we have bought and sold homes with a dozen other realtors. While several of them have been disasters, most have been adequate. The first time I worked with Hobie and Stephanie they had almost 10 offers in less than a week and we were in contract well above the asking price. I had no hesitation contacting them again when I had another property to list. I wanted to get top dollar, so at my request we listed the home above their recommended listing price. After some time on the market and price reductions back to their initial price suggestion, they got me two offers and one at the exact price they suggested at the beginning.
