We need to put our property in Pomona for sale since the tenants inform their moving out at the end of April, 2022 . We have planned to go on vacation to Europe before the end of April 2022 for 50 days. We absolutely need to have a realtor who we can entrust and having peace of mind during our stay abroad. Luckily we know HOA. From the first meeting we can feel that we are in good hands. HOA explains to us every step from A to Z in a clear and easy to follow/understand language. HOA uses simple explanation but very thorough and professional way, without using jargons. HOA is very courteous and her manner makes us feel like a family member , not a client. During all this time , HOA is very easy to approach. If she's busy , she will call us as soon as she is available so we are always taken care of . HOA has to deal with our tenants who were still in the property and asked for an extension to stay. The whole procedure is going through very smoothly until the final sale . Once we are back from our trip , we have already come to the end of the sale just before closing escrow . During the sale , HOA and her associate, THU present some artful items to the house giving an adorable, lovable touch to the property.
