Ho was great to work with and extremely knowledgable about the local real estate market. We had a particularly tough time getting the seller & his agents to respond to even the simplest requests, but Ho was patient and persistent and always did whatever it took to move the process along. I really like Ho Chung, he's a really nice mans , he made me and my family very comfortable with using him as our agent. When he put my house up for sale he told me everything that was going to happen, I felt confident in him to make a lot of decision that I wasn't sure of and everything worked out for the best. Ho Chung asked me to give him a price that I wanted to sale the house, so I did , he told me don't be surprise if I get you more then you expected, when the house was being bought he negotiated a hirer price then I expected and the buyer agreed on it, he made me and my family so happy. When I decide to sell my other house I will go with Ho Chung again I recommend him to get you the most money for your house and he will give you the best advice on hard decisions you have to make!
