Helen is very nice, helpful, honest and very patient for her customers. This is our first time buying and it took us one and half year to find our right one cuz we have big family and everyone is very picky. But she never complained and willing to help anytime when we wanted to look at the properties during our house hunting times. And the most important thing is that she is not pushy to get one right away to her buyers and let us know either this is good or bad situations. Also she is very reliable, detailed, quick responses for all of our questions and communication with other sides people too. She is very knowledgeable as Coldwell Banker real estate agent. She has good connections with reliable companies for loan lender, inspectors, sewer, repairs, paint etc. finally we could do closing within a month and got a key. We really love our dream home.
