John Hishmeh was very helpful in getting us into the house of our dreams. He was very honest about the homes we looked at with him. He even helped us finish up the things needed for appraisal. Other realtor seemed to disregard us because we were young, but John was nothing but helpful the whole way. Definitely recommend the Hishmeh team to anybody in the Barren-Hart County area.
Overall Ray was a good fit from the beginning. It was a pleasure to work with him and he was very responsive with last minute requests. He was a little relaxed regarding negotiation, but the seller has an impact on that as well and he was sure to provide his insight and let us make the final decision. We would use him again.
