Finding the right house that aligns with your finances takes a lot of patience. Hiram helped me visit some homes within hours of coming on the market. I was the highest bidder on one place and a cash offer got the place. I put in a bid and the sellers decided not to sell after all. They weren’t for me. Finally a home that lined up for me in almost all areas. I wanted a garage and plenty of parking, a basement and attic, a small fenced in yard for my fur babies and a nice neighborhood.
