Hillary Conlin was referred to my wife and me by a close family friend who was familiar with a Listing she was representing. We met with Hillary at the home she was showing in a highly popular neighborhood and she took an extraordinary amount of her time to discuss the market, buyer profiles, neighborhood demographics, and suitability for a young family. Our desire was to purchase a home where our youngest daughter and husband, along with their 2-year-old son, would feel secure and comfortable. We had successfully sold our penthouse condominium in Signal Hill, and contemplated a 1031 exchange. Hillary recognized that we were a cash buyer and ready to close on the right opportunity. We were completely satisfied with her honesty, integrity, and perseverance to retain her as our brokerage representative even though she was representing the seller. We could not be more pleased with the professional service Hillary and her company provided. She took control of the 1031 Exchange process and coordinated both the facilitator and escrow agency. At all times, her clients came first, and she was there to negotiate various contingency issues in an amicable fashion. Her ability to communicate the details of the transaction in an understandable fashion made it easy for us, the buyer, to complete the paperwork and finalize the purchase. When I was looking for a realtor to sell my home what impressed me about Hillary was her down to earth, honest personality. She let me know about the process - explained the game plan - she was very respectiful of my wishes and worked to make sure those were incorporated. Once I signed on with her I was informed about all documents coming in to my email to sign - she would go over the documents if I had questions - overall she is a very thorough real estate representative. Selling a home is a very stressful experience for some - but with Hillary - she was up front and informative and that is what you want. I highly recommend her for this task!

Hillary is amazing at what she does! You will not find an agent willing to work harder for you than she will. I have now sold two homes with Hillary and in each case she has set aggressive but reasonable expectations for me as the seller...and then smashed them by delivering buyers who paid more that asking (yes, two homes sold over list price). Hillary will truly go the extra mile for you and continuously delivers results when selling your home.
