As Sales Manager for the Yarmouth Port office, Hildur is charged with growth, training and coaching of the agents in the office in addition to overseeing the daily operations of the sales office.
Hildur's passion for real estate began in 2003 while working for a #1 team, who closed on over 213 sales valued at over 94M during Hildur's time with them. This passion leads her to become a licensed realtor in 2004. Hildur joined Premier Properties in 2005 which became William Raveis Real Estate in 2007. During her career at William Raveis Hildur supported six top producing agents with sales from 3M-10M per agent. She managed and supported the agents from listing to sold for most all their listings. During these years the agents she worked with achieved consistent award recognition. In 2011 Hildur had an opportunity to further her knowledge, leadership and managing skills in the financial industry. During her time in bank management Hildur worked hard and achieved several top awards with TD Bank and Citizens Bank. Hildur managed two different bank branches during her banking career. While at Citizens Bank Hildur was a Corporate Program Support Manager who assisted in managing over 540 licensed bankers. Hildur always knew that she wanted to return to real estate and when the opportunity arouse she took it! With her combined management and leadership skills she will no doubt bring the same success to this role. Hildur has a commitment to people with her integrity, service and experience.
Hildur and her husband Gary have lived in Yarmouth since 2004. They welcomed their adorable daughter Teddie into the world in 2018.
